Alsco started in 1947 in Akron, Ohio, as the Aluminum Storm Window Company and became a leading manufacturer of windows and doors. Over the decades, Alsco’s growth has been shaped by several pivotal moments:

• 1989: Acquired by AmeriMark, expanding the product portfolio to include siding, soffit and rainware.

• 1997-1998: Strategic acquisitions, including the construction products division of Reynolds Metals, strengthened Alsco’s aluminum and vinyl offerings.

• 2003-2015: A series of ownership transitions formed Alsco Metals Corporation, now operating under Rollex Corporation, a leading manufacturer of metal building products.

Alsco products are fabricated at our 300,000 sq ft Elk Grove Village, Illinois facility, thoughtfully designed with more than 40 skylights to maximize natural light. By manufacturing in-house, we maintain full control, from slitting and forming to painting, ensuring consistent, high-quality results.
